"Talk does not cook rice"

I would like to introduce myself - Stan Ebneter - briefly:

My 62-year-old heart beats for foreign trade and I am characterised by passion and decades of experience in international business. I have dedicated my entire professional life to the export business of Swiss products and services. But that's just the beginning of my short story.

With a stopover in faraway southern China, I have dedicated part of my heart to the Asian region, where I have not only lived but also worked. These experiences have only fuelled my passion for the diversity and richness of Asian culture.

But what really sets me apart is my approach to consulting. As someone who has had his own struggles with "consultants", I bring a different perspective. True to my guiding principle of the Chinese proverb: "Talk does not cook rice", I am a man of action who only gives advice where he is truly competent and has practical experience.

Away from business life, I love mobile camping, abroad of course. Travelling and sports are not just hobbies for me, but a way of life, always on the lookout for new adventures and challenges.

I am only too happy to share with you my wealth of experience of more than four decades in international business.

"Life is too short for ... Sometime"

I would like to introduce myself - Monika Ebneter - briefly:

Even at the age of 64, I still have a passion for craftsmanship, which has taught me so much. In addition to working in various industries, I have also owned and successfully managed my own restaurant/hotel. Creating and designing things with my own hands is both fulfilling and inspiring.

My calligraphy training and experience in the catering industry have resulted in beautiful catering boards that I believe enhance the atmosphere of any restaurant or café. I would like to pass on my skills in the catering industry that I have grown to love.

In addition to designing catering boards, I love restoring old furniture, decorating and furnishing flats and houses, just something I can do with my own hands.

With my motto: "Life is too short for someday...!", I often go travelling and quench my thirst for discovery, always ready to explore new places, meet new people and gain new experiences.

I am only too happy to share my passion with you.

By the way...

Before starting our foreign assignment in Guangzhou, South China, we founded our company in 2012. "Switchin" is a play on words consisting of "SWITzerland" and "CHINa".
